Refund Policy
We accept returns for full-priced items purchased online for a refund or credit within 30 days of purchase.
All returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging, otherwise we will not be able to process your refund.
To initiate a return and refund, please email us at support@stake.world. Standard shipment fees apply for all product returns, unless the merchandise was damaged or defective when you received it.
Once we receive your returned items, the value of the returned items will be refunded via the original payment method. Please note any refunds will take [insert] days to process from the date of receiving the merchandise in our facilities.
We do not accept returns of orders outside the US.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. If you need to exchange a product, please initiate a return by emailing us at support@stake.world. You will then need to place a new order for the product you’d like to purchase.
Final Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned and are not eligible for refunds.
Wrong Size
If you have received the wrong size in error, please leave the product in its original packaging, untouched and contact us at https://stake.world/pages/contact-us or email support@stake.world. We will email you a return shipping label so you can return the product to us.
In order for us to process the exchange, please ensure you include a screenshot of the wrong-sized item and the customs invoice in your email.
Problem With Order
If there is a problem with any items in your order, please contact our support team via support@stake.world with your order number and pictures of the incorrect item or fault, within 30 days of receiving your order. If you contact us after more than 30 days of receipt of your order, we reserve the right to only offer store credit to the value of the item instead of a refund or replacement.
If an item is missing, incorrect, or unusable due to a fault, we will send you a replacement or provide a refund if the item is out of stock. We reserve the right not to offer a refund, exchange or credit where you have tampered with your item, washed or worn it.
We reserve all rights to determine what constitutes defective products. If we find that your product is not defective, you may return the product for a refund, at your own cost.
Change or Cancel Order
Should you wish to change or cancel your order after payment has been processed, please email us at support@stake.world with “URGENT” in the subject line and confirmation of your order number in the email.
If you contact us before the order has been processed or dispatched, we may be able to make the following changes:

Change an item's size or color
Unfortunately, we are not able to make the following changes to an order:

Change the shipping method

Orders Returned to Sender
If DHL or USPS, or your local postal service are unable to deliver your order, it will be sent back to us. The most common reasons for failed delivery include:

Insufficient or incorrect address

No one is home when delivery is attempted

Parcel not collected from local post office
It's difficult to predict how long your parcel will take to arrive back to us as it will be returned with the slowest (and cheapest) shipping method available. If your delivery has failed and is on its way back to us, please contact our support team at support@stake.world with your order number.
Please note that we are unable to refund your initial shipping fee.
