Dispatch Times

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an “Order Confirmation” email. When placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details 48 hours after placing the order (“Shipping Confirmation email”). 

Standard Shipping

United States: The estimated delivery to domestic addresses within the United States via Standard Shipping is approximately 5-14 business days from the date of the  Shipping Confirmation email. 

Everywhere else: Delivery timeframes outside of the United States will vary, however, delivery will usually be within 20-30 business days from the date of the Shipping Confirmation email.

Please note that all shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only.  We cannot guarantee delivery timelines as there may be unexpected delays due to factors outside of our control.

Expedited Shipping

United States: The estimated delivery to domestic addresses within the United States via Expedited Shipping is approximately 2-4 business days from the date of the Shipping Confirmation email. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Everywhere else: Delivery timeframes outside of the United States will vary, however, delivery will usually be within 14-30 business days from the date of the Shipping Confirmation email.

We are unable to offer express shipping to APO/AP and PO box addresses.

Custom Fees

We have no control over customs fees as they vary from country to country. 

Customers are responsible for paying all customs and return shipping fees.

Mail Theft

If you suspect your order has been incorrectly marked as delivered, or stolen, we encourage you to lodge an inquiry with either your local postal service, DHL, or USPS, depending on the shipping method and include us in copy on the email at support@stake.world.  We will work with you and the shipping provider to investigate the issue and come to the best resolution. 

Please consider having your order delivered to your local post office or a collection point to avoid mail theft in the future.
